The following terms and conditions come into practice the moment you use The Luxury Packaging website. By browsing the site or sending us a quote request, you’re agreeing to what’s below. Nothing here is meant to trip you up, it’s mostly just the practical stuff that keeps orders running smoothly for both of us.
When you fill out our quote form or message us with specs, what you get back is an estimate based on the information you gave us. It’s not a confirmed order until you’ve approved the price, the design, and the digital sample we send over. Specs change things, so if your quantity, size, or finish shifts after we’ve quoted you, the price might shift too.
Before anything goes into production, we send you a 2D or 3D digital sample to look over. Check it carefully, spelling, colors, dimensions, placement, all of it, because once you approve it, that’s what gets printed. If there’s a typo or a color that’s off in the final boxes and it matches what you signed off on, that’s on the approved proof, not on us. We’re happy to make changes before approval, as many rounds as it takes to get it right.
Prices on quotes are listed in US dollars and are good for a limited window, since material costs shift. Any plate or die charges that apply to your order get spelled out in the quote itself, not added later as a surprise. We typically require payment, or a deposit, before production starts on custom orders. Once we’ve confirmed receipt, your order moves into the queue.
Standard turnaround is around 9 to 10 business days from approval, not from when you first reached out. If you need something faster, tell us early and we’ll see what’s possible, rush jobs usually cost a bit more. Once your order ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands, so delays from weather, customs, or anything outside our control aren’t something we can take responsibility for, though we’ll always help track things down if a shipment goes missing.
You can cancel or adjust an order before it goes into production. Once we’ve started cutting, printing, or assembling, the materials and labor are already committed, so cancellations at that point usually aren’t possible, or may only be partially refundable depending on how far along things are.
When things come broken or differ from your approval, contact us immediately – we’ll handle it. Since each box is built just for your request, standard return rules do not apply like they might with ready-made items. Full details live on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Any logo, artwork, or design file you send us stays yours. We use it to build your packaging and nothing else. From time to time we like to show off finished work in our portfolio or on social media, if you’d rather we didn’t feature your project, just let us know and we’ll leave it out.
We do our best to get every order right, but we’re not liable for indirect losses, like missed sales or business interruption, tied to a delayed or imperfect shipment. Our responsibility is generally limited to the cost of the order itself.
Don’t use the site to submit artwork you don’t have rights to, or to try anything that messes with how the site functions for other people. Pretty standard stuff, just don’t be that person.
We might update these terms occasionally as our process or the law evolves. The date at the top will reflect the latest version, so it’s worth a glance if you’re a repeat customer.
Anything unclear, just ask. Email us at Support@theluxurypackaging.com and we will make sure to guide you properly.
